people have tried for so many years to create goals, work with those goals and also hit them. At the end of every year or the beginning of a new one, so many people come up with resolutions. They barely run into three weeks before neglecting those treasured resolutions. Sometimes they are able to hit those goals and most times, people pursue the goals half way and are too discouraged to continue.
One of the questions I often get from people is about achieving one thing or the other. After listening to the person asking the question, it becomes very clear that the desired achievement is not the problem but the build-up to the goal. ‘Why do I set goals and can’t hit those goals?’ some people ask. I keep getting discouraged or after trying for a while, I just forget about the goals.
