A lot of people wake up in the morning and they think that they have to do something just to be able to get money at the end of the month and to be able to feed their family. If thats all the motivating factor you have for the work you are doing then you will get to a level when you will really be frustrated because there has to be more to what we do than just wanting to make money out of it!

I wake up on daily basis with a plan that guides what I do on daily basis but in all that I do, the most important thing that I want is to help people become better. I keep talking about inspiring peoples productivity and making sure that they are better than what they were when I met them. When I speak it is with the intent to make sure that I provide some useful information for people around me such that when they are done the information would have improved them and get them ready for the next phase of their lives. When I write it is not because I want to have volumes of books attributed to me but because I want generations to come to know what I have been privileged to understand and experience in life. When others know what I have gone through it can make their journey shorter and more meaningful.

We all should not just guide our daily activities just with the motive to make money. We must work with the intent and capacity to impact other people in our lives. When people come in contact with us, their lives must change. They must feel like they have come in contact with a positive force that they cannot resist. They must begin to look for more of what we carry until they are completely transformed in their minds and actions such that they are now trying their best to impact the lives of others.

I think that one of the beautiful things about being a human being is that we have the power of reasoning and we can help people to reason the way we do. If we do not make others reason the way we do then we will realize that someone is constantly trying to make us reason the way they do. In other words, if we are not making conscious effort to change people we must remember that others are making conscious effort to change us. We know that we will be able to tell specifically that the change we want for them is positive but we cannot tell if the change they want for is positive.

I really understand that it is important to make money but we all should realize that, contrary to popular belief, we cant make all the impact we want to make just because we now have money. Impact is not based on money. We have to begin impact with a plan and with a strategy and then the money needed to get it done will come in later.

There is no great man that has ever worked all his life just with the intention to have enough to feed his family and then have some money to buy all that he wants to buy. Every great person has always had a plan bigger than just having enough money. It has always been about impacting someone else and making life better for other people. Until we begin to work towards making life better for others and stop thinking about just ourselves, we will only struggle to have just enough to eat. Go out today and start working on impacting other peoples life. Life is more meaningful only when it is lived to help others!
